The Flag

The flag of any country should be manufactured in the country of origin.

I think it's an insult to the workers of flag manufacturing companies in the US to see a flag of the United Staes with "Made in China" stamped on it. This is truly wrong. Comical yes, but ethically wrong.

I don't think the Chinese should see their flag with "Hecho en Mexico' on it either.

I'm talking about all countries not just US.

It would be like out-sourcing the printing of our money to Canada because it would be less expensive.

Let's not be stupid, huh?

OMG, I have been saying this since 9/11. It is time for a national campaign supporting flag makers. Maybe we can do some coalition building between the animators and flagmakers. Hey, it is a start, right? Maybe we can put flags IN the cartoons to make them patriotic symbols that must be handled within our borders. Maybe we can even make it a "security risk" to ship the work overseas because of Al Qida operatives who inbetween secret and subliminal anti-american messages into the animation. I am liking this more and more, RC.
